Once you’ve purchased a Hashbot subscription, you’ll need to activate it to unlock premium features on your server. Follow these steps to activate your subscription directly within Discord:

Activation Steps

In any channel where Hashbot is active, type: /subscription activate

Enter the email address you used during checkout.

Check your inbox for a one-time verification code.

Return to Discord and enter the code when prompted to complete activation.
Make sure the email is entered in all lowercase.

Notes

  • This process links your Discord account to your subscription securely.
  • If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or try resending the code.
  • One subscription can be linked to multiple servers — just activate it once per server.

Verify Subscription

You can check your status and remaining activations anytime:
  • /subscription status — Check if your current server is linked to an active subscription.
  • /subscription info — View how many remaining servers you can activate with your plan.
