The Hashbot Dashboard at dashboard.hashbot.com is the primary management interface for your servers. Log in with Discord to access all your Hashbot-protected servers.

Hashbot Features

  • Overview — At-a-glance metrics: threats blocked, verification rate, active protections, recent bans, and top filters
  • Settings — Configure detection modes, log channels, protection toggles, Auto-Pilot, and subscription activation
  • Text Filters — Add, edit, remove, import, and export name filters (phrase and regex)
  • PFP Filters — Manage profile picture filters, upload new images, and add by user lookup
  • Threat Review — Run PFP and name scans, review matches, ban or mark safe
  • Templates — Browse and apply recommended filter templates for names and PFPs
  • Verification — Set up CAPTCHA-based verification gates for new members
  • Auto Prune — Automatically kick members who don’t acquire a role within a timeout
  • Anti-Raid — Emergency lockdown with manual activation and auto-trigger on join spikes
  • Brand Protection — Check, report, and dispute URLs against the threat database
  • Allowlist — Manage allowlisted users and roles
  • Manager Roles — Control who can manage Hashbot settings

Vision Features

If you use the Vision bot, the dashboard also provides:
  • Detection — Configure keyword detection rules and OCR settings
  • Vision Insight — View detection statistics and trends
  • Action Log — Review Vision-specific moderation actions
  • Allowlist — Manage Vision’s separate allowlist
  • Settings — Configure Vision OCR and detection behavior

DM Disabler

If you use the DM Disabler bot, the dashboard provides web-based controls for managing DM and invite protection settings.

Getting Started

  1. Visit dashboard.hashbot.com
  2. Click Connect with Discord
  3. Select your server from the list
  4. Start managing your filters, settings, and reviews
