Unlike manually uploaded PFP filters, the template is centrally managed — and it protects subscribed servers automatically, with nothing to install or apply.

How It Works

  • Every image in the template library is checked against your members automatically, alongside your own PFP filters.
  • New scam PFPs are regularly added by the Hashbot team and take effect on your server as soon as they’re published.
  • Use the /template pfp command to see how many template images are active out of the total available, with a link to the Hashbot Dashboard.

Managing Templates

Running /template pfp in Discord shows the active/total template count and a link to the Dashboard. To browse the full library of template images, visit the Templates page on dashboard.hashbot.com.

Best Practices

  • Combine template protection with your own team avatars and logos — the template covers widely-abused scam images, while your uploads cover what’s unique to your community
  • Run /pfp-filters cleanse after adding your own filters to catch existing threats
